• Define, maintain, and adapt our brand’s identity to reflect the company’s mission, values, services, products and goals while ensuring consistency across all customer and internal touch points.
• Act as the final decision-maker for all branding-related projects, including website, apps, physical products, ads & marketing communication, merchandise, and internal environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, People & Culture and other teams to embed branding seamlessly.
• Stay on top of design and branding trends, ensuring that Journi remains competitive and visually relevant, while introducing innovative approaches to branding strategies.
• Inspire, coach, and guide the Graphic Design Lead and Media Design Team to achieve creative excellence, ensuring their growth aligns with company goals.
• Further build, develop and grow your team according to company needs.
• Develop and implement workflows, templates, and tools to ensure efficiency and quality in branding efforts while addressing bottlenecks proactively.
• Oversee metrics like recognition, consistency, and trust, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
