Medical Assistant (m/f/d) wanted for general practice!

Our well-established team is looking for support starting in January 2027 on a part-time basis (30 hours). We are happy to accommodate an earlier start date for training. If you value direct contact with patients and love the diversity of general medicine, then you've come to the right place.

Your responsibilities

: Patient care: First point of contact at reception and on the phone.

Practice organization: Scheduling appointments, issuing prescriptions, and maintaining patient records.

Medical care: Blood draws, ECGs, lung function tests, vaccinations, wound care.

Billing: Billing for statutory health insurance and private patients.

Your profile :

Qualifications: Completed training as a medical assistant or in similar healthcare fields such as nursing, but career changers are also welcome.

Experience: Ideally, experience in a private practice.

Competence: Excellent German skills, proficient use of practice management software, knowledge of EBM and GOÄ fee schedules.

Personality: Reliable, empathetic, structured, and resilient under pressure.
