As an Experience Architect, AI & Agentforce, you will be responsible for driving the solution for and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to our clients. You’ll work with our talented AI team to make significant contributions to our success and delight customers. This position is focused on experience design, solution design, architecture, and execution for GenAI technologies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
  • 5+ years of CRM industry experience
  • Ability to drive requirement gathering
  • Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
  • Experience with GenAI prompt writing
  • Hands on experience with at least one of the following:


    • Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms

    • Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action
    • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems
    • Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling
    • Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
    • Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
