In this position, you will review, evaluate, and design business practices to ensure the efficient allocation of University resources while delivering a high-quality experience for staff and students alike. With excellent organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, you engage effectively with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused outcomes. You also have experience supporting staff through training, documentation, and guidance on data quality and integrity, contributing to ongoing improvement and high-quality practices.
