Urbanation Inc. is a research firm specializing in real estate market research and analysis. We are currently seeking well-organized individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as Market Research Assistants. The Market Research Assistant will play a vital role in supporting market research initiatives by sourcing, collecting and validating real estate information through multiple channels, including online sources, phone calls, and site visits. This is a work-from-home position offered with flexible working hours.

SKILLS

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Clear speaking voice and professional phone etiquette
• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills: ability to navigate websites and enter data in spreadsheets
• Access to personal laptop/computer and telephone is necessary
• Access to a vehicle/transit is beneficial, but not required
• Proficiency in French is an asset, but not required
