QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Digital Design, Visual Design, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital design working with both mobile and desktop development and/or data visualization and reporting design
• Experience working in an agile, product-based environment
• Proficient with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Reporting to the Manager, Technology Operations and Design. As a UX/UI Designer for Graham’s IT & Enterprise Applications team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and interfaces for internal applications and custom development products. In this full-time role, you’ll bring your expertise in design to improve and test intuitive, user-friendly solutions, contributing to the organization’s technological and operational excellence.
