Working in the fast-paced and exciting aerospace sector, Rotor Maxx Support Limited is an expanding Aviation company specializing in the overhaul/repair of Sikorsky S61/S76 Helicopter as well as drive train Engines and General Electric CT58/T58 Engines. We are currently seeking a Composite Technician for full time employment with our team.

Responsibilities

YOUR PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE……

· Perform composite finishing work, including sanding, polishing, and applying sealants or fillers to composite materials.
· Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
· Repair damaged paint and composite surfaces as needed.
· Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition and ensure proper storage and disposal
· Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
· Collaborate with other team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.

· Proven experience as a composite finishing technician or equivalent experience.
· Familiarity with composite materials and their properties.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
