What You Bring to the Team Own the full video production process from concept development and scripting to filming, appearing on camera, editing, and publishing content. Create high-quality videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and the Cloudbeds website, including tutorials, feature walkthroughs, customer stories, comparison videos, podcast snippets, and short-form clips. Produce and edit Cloudbeds’ The Turndown podcast video episodes. Occasionally serve as on-camera talent, delivering clear, confident, and authentic presentations across all formats. Manage and grow Cloudbeds’ social media channels, using publishing and analytics platforms like Sprout Social Edit long- and short-form content, with a strong eye for pacing, clarity, and identifying the most compelling moments for repurposing. Research, script, and develop content ideas aligned with marketing, SEO, and product goals, collaborating closely with content, creative, and product marketing teams. Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all video and social platforms (views, watch time, engagement, CTR, conversions), providing insights and iterating quickly to improve results.
