Poste temporaire d’une durée de 12 mois La direction Sécurité physique, liaison et renseignements du Mouvement Desjardins est la 1re ligne de défense physique des actifs de Desjardins. Elle assure la surveillance des immeubles du Mouvement Desjardins et répond aux demandes opérationnelles. Elle coordonne la gestion des incidents de sécurité physique, applique les mesures d’urgence et fournit les services de gardiennage. Elle agit comme courroie de transmission des informations liées à la sécurité physique et à la continuité des affaires. Elle offre également des services-conseils, des analyses de risques et des formations en mesures d’urgence. Plus spécifiquement, à titre de conseiller(-ère) en gestion des incidents de sécurité physique, vous serez amené(e) à : Faire preuve de proactivité et d'autonomie dans la gestion des incidents, et démontrer du leadership dans le support aux équipes de première ligne. Assurer une prise en charge rapide des incidents durant les heures d'opérations. Maîtriser l'ensemble des procédures (anciennes ou nouvelles) en gestion d'incidents et faire preuve d'autonomie dans son apprentissage afin de guider et coacher les employés de première ligne. Analyser les incidents de sécurité physique de manière approfondie afin d’en dégager des recommandations ou des mesures de mitigation. Rédiger les procédures requises dans un délai raisonnable. Corriger les rapports des opérateurs avec rigueur, tout en respectant les délais attendus.
