PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : Participer au programme de gestion des biens d’entreprise. Examiner et organiser les exigences en matière de collecte de données. Cataloguer, photographier et charger des images de pièces à l’appui des données. Contribuer à la collecte et au nettoyage des données relatives aux biens et aux pièces. Travailler avec les responsables de la collecte de données pour déterminer les biens manquants. Contribuer à la réalisation de contrôles ponctuels à la suite des essais de charge. Numériser ou organiser la documentation à inclure dans les registres des biens et des pièces. Assurer la mise à jour du tableau de bord sur la collecte de données et la production de rapports connexes. Offrir son aide en ce qui a trait au soutien administratif. EXIGENCES : Être inscrit où terminer des études postsecondaires à temps plein en 2026. Avoir au minimum une année d’études postsecondaires en commerce ou en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Être en mesure de travailler à temps plein (40 heures par semaine). Le ou la titulaire doit travailler dans un environnement de bureau ainsi que dans un environnement d’entrepôt. Expérience en informatique de niveau moyen (être à l’aise dans l’apprentissage de nouvelles technologies [système de gestion des biens d’entreprise]). Expérience de base de l’utilisation d’une tablette (être à l’aise avec la collecte de données par voie électronique). Expérience de niveau moyen de l’utilisation d’Excel (être en mesure de naviguer facilement dans les fonctions de base du programme, d’utiliser des formules simples et le formatage conditionnel, etc.).
