Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Part-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Remedy's Rx in Sudbury, Ontario. This is an 8 month term position. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities: Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
