Job Description :-


  • Senior years of TPM experience and Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements and drive successful execution.
  • Manage project plans, resource allocation, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, financial tracking, and executive status reporting, providing timely escalations when needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement, governance, compliance, and quality assurance practices while removing delivery impediments and enabling high-performing teams.
