Ce poste permanent débutera par un mandat de remplacement pour le congé de maternité de notre conseillère en acquisition de talents. À son retour, les responsabilités évolueront vers un rôle plus généraliste, tout en pouvant inclure certaines tâches liées au processus de dotation. Principales responsabilités : Recrutement : Gérer le cycle complet de la dotation : analyse de besoin, affichage, sélection, entrevue, embauche, accueil et intégration. Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour analyser les besoins et définir les profils de poste. Effectuer les suivis des dossiers de recrutement via la plateforme SmartRecruiters. Prendre en charge les salons de l’emploi et les besoins de représentations externes. Préparer les accueils et les intégrations des nouveaux talents. Formation : Coordonner les formations en santé-sécurité en collaboration avec la partenaire d’affaires. Assurer les suivis requis et l’enregistrement des documents administratifs pour chaque dossier de formation.
