You will be responsible for developing a strategically aligned and appropriately competitive global Total Rewards strategy and leading a highly effective, customer-centric People Operations team. You will drive our compensation philosophy, manage Total Rewards, and lead the adoption of advanced technology and people analytics to enable data-driven decisions across Questrade Financial Group (QFG).
