Responsabilités principales Surveiller et rendre compte de toutes les mesures de succès et des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) pour les moteurs de la flotte ainsi que pour le budget; Examiner, approuver et maintenir le programme de gestion et d’entretien des moteurs (EMP) avec les fournisseurs tels que Pratt & Whitney, Rolls Royce; Examiner, approuver et maintenir le Guide de planification de travail de General Electric afin de maintenir le programme d’entretien des moteurs CFM56-5B; Contribuer à l’élaboration des procédures départementales et des procédures en conformité avec le MCM & MPM; Responsable de toutes les modifications, et normes liées aux configurations des moteurs; Responsable des révisions de matériels et devis techniques des moteurs lors de leurs visites en atelier; Coordonner et faire le suivi de tout projets techniques majeurs et des exigences particulières relatives à la planification des déposes ainsi que l’introduction et le retour des moteurs aux loueurs; Préparer et expliquer les variances du budget d’entretien des moteurs; Présider les réunions sur les moteurs et s’assurer que toutes les actions nécessaires sont en place pour maintenir et améliorer la fiabilité des moteurs en conformité avec les programmes d’entretien des moteurs de la flotte; Avec l’aide du Service de l’approvisionnement, négocier et gérer les contrats liés aux installations de réparation et de révision des moteurs ainsi que les contrats de location de moteurs à court/moyen et long-terme; Examiner tous les contrats existants et à venir liés aux moteurs, afin de s’assurer que le contenu est conforme à la règlementation et que la couverture des risques est adéquate; S’acquitter de toutes les autres responsabilités décrites pour ce poste dans le MPM. Qualifications Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie; 8 ans d’expérience pertinente dans la gestion de l’entretien des moteurs; Membre de l’ordre des ingénieurs souhaitable; Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais*; Savoir utiliser les applications d’Office 365; Habileté à voyager pour fins de visite des ateliers d’entretien moteurs et différentes conférences. *Une bonne maîtrise du français est requise pour les postes au Québec.
