Gérer et exécuter le plan de communication local, en s'assurant que tous les messages liés à la transformation sont opportuns, pertinents et clairs. Recruter, former et gérer activement un réseau de défenseurs des employés locaux pour servir de liaisons entre pairs, aider à réduire la résistance et assurer une communication cohérente dans toute l'installation. Collaborate with managers and Human Resources Business Partners to align employee job duties, conduct role-mapping, and identify specific skill gaps to be addressed through targeted training. Manage and execute the local communication plan, ensuring all messages related to the transformation are timely, relevant, and clear. Recruit, train, and actively manage a network of local employee advocates to serve as peer liaisons, help reduce resistance, and ensure consistent messaging throughout the facility. Coordinate the delivery and tracking of the local training curriculum, including scenario-based sessions that simulate future workflows for end-users. Provide mandatory, dedicated on-site presence during the high-pressure post-launch period, including floor walking support to assist users with real-time questions and troubleshoot issues directly on the production floor. Essential Skills 8+ years of professional experience in change management, managing the "people side" of large-scale, complex technology implementations. Direct experience with a complex SAP transformation or migrating multiple legacy ERP systems into a single standardized platform. Professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoken). Additional Skills and Qualifications Expert-level knowledge and practical application of structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, the person's 8-Step Model).
