About the job


  • Job Responsibilities:Ability to read and understand construction drawings
  • Prepare monthly project status reports and other reports as required
  • Communicate with trades, consultants and site staff
  • Administer purchase orders, change orders, change notices, and change directives
  • Administer holdbacks, RFIs, Transmittals, and maintain a log
  • Administer project invoicing and assist with job cost reporting
  • Prepare Tender Packages
  • Prepare Trade contracts
  • Health and Safety Administration
  • Experience and knowledge of the Municipal approvals process
  • Project Coordinator Qualifications:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in residential developments
  • Post secondary diploma or degree relating to construction
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Jobsite certifications such as fall arrest, working at heights, etc. are considered an asset.
