Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at a vibrant establishment. If you have a passion for providing expectational service and creating memorable experiences for guests, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and/or server stations.
- Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of drinks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience within the food industry and/or hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, including classic cocktails and mixology techniques.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in handling food safely and adhering to health regulations.
- Familiarity with basic math for measuring ingredients and processing payments.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
