Description du poste Le/La Spécialiste du Support Système est un membre essentiel de notre équipe informatique dédiée aux soins de santé, spécialisé dans les systèmes d’information radiologique (RIS), les systèmes d’archivage et de communication d’images (PACS) et autres solutions d’imagerie médicale. Le/la candidat.e idéal fournira un support technique et résoudra les problèmes liés aux systèmes informatiques de radiologie dans les hôpitaux, cliniques et centres d’imagerie. Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec les radiologues, les équipes informatiques et les fournisseurs afin d’assurer des performances optimales, une disponibilité continue et la conformité aux réglementations en matière de santé. Responsabilités Fournir un support technique et résoudre les problèmes pour les systèmes informatiques de radiologie, y compris RIS, PACS et les archives neutres (VNA). Travailler avec les radiologues, technologues et équipes informatiques pour résoudre les problèmes et optimiser les flux de travail. Analyser et résoudre efficacement les problèmes techniques afin de minimiser les interruptions et l’impact sur les soins aux patients. Assurer la prise en charge des normes d’interopérabilité (DICOM, HL7) pour maintenir une intégration fluide entre les systèmes. Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques tout en maintenant une communication claire et professionnelle avec les clients.
