The Opportunity A Business Analyst (BA) acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. They analyze business needs, define requirements, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals. BAs help improve processes, products, services, and software through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. This is a client facing role in Professional Services department. Up to 25% travel (mostly US). What you Will do 1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather business requirements. Document functional and non-functional requirements. Create clear business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, and process flows. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights. Translate data into actionable recommendations. Support decision-making with data-driven analysis. 3. Process Improvement Map current processes and identify inefficiencies or pain points. Recommend improvements for business processes or systems. Support business process reengineering efforts. 4.
