We’re looking for a reliable, motivated line cook to join our kitchen team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with quality ingredients, takes pride in consistency, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You’ll primarily be responsible for executing proteins, pastas, and side dishes during service while supporting the rest of the kitchen as needed.

  • Shifts are approximately 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute proteins, pasta dishes, and side stations to a high standard
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout service
  • Complete daily prep and station setup
  • Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
  • Keep your station organized, clean, and service-ready
  • Assist other stations and team members when needed
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen organization
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • culinary school is an asset
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
