Reporting to the Film and Photo Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and original video content across all Lush platforms, including ecommerce videos, social content, event activations and brand documentaries. You will do this in partnership with the Film and Photo Manager and our in house Photographer and Producer. Our ideal candidate will be self motivated, multi talented and collaborative in their approach to creating video content. You have experience running and leading a set and are comfortable with all aspects of the video process. In pre production you are creative, organized and realistic. On set, you have a creative vision, strong cinematography skills, are detail orientated and efficient whilst creating an inclusive and comfortable set for talent and co-workers. In post you craft concise edits, align to industry standards, work within brand creative and apply feedback as needed. You are comfortable in-studio and on location, adapting to the situation and time constraints to create the best work possible. As a Lush enthusiast and talented visual storyteller, you’ll ensure that all content we are publishing is created and edited to the highest standards possible.
