How You’ll Make a Difference


  • Oversee and action operational administration for the delivery of Continuing Education programming.
  • Coordinate administrative processes including instructor hire, onboarding, scheduling support, and systems or facility access for staff and contractors.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, student support, and customer inquiries, providing triage and escalation as required.
  • Work with Business Development Officers to secure new clients and support the development of custom training opportunities.
  • Oversee Continuing Education administrative staff and support the coordination of training activities, meetings, events, and operational logistics.
  • Monitor and manage shared inbox inquiries, incoming calls, workflow, and operational requests related to IT, facilities, and administrative services.
  • Support procurement activities, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements, accommodations, and other administrative functions.
  • Edit, format, and produce reports, briefing notes, meeting documentation, surveys, invoices, and other operational documents while maintaining document management practices.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets, databases, website content, and reporting data related to Continuing Education deliveries, partnerships, and contracts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives that support service delivery and customer experience.
