Sur le terrain comme en coulisses, vous guidez, soutenez et inspirez celles et ceux qui accompagnent nos usager·ère·s là où ça compte. Sous la supervision des directions aux opérations et au développement clinique du Service de soutien en logement, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne du service, la qualité des interventions, la sécurité des milieux de vie et l’encadrement des équipes. Vous travaillerez dans nos deux nouveaux pavillons situés dans le Sud Ouest de Montréal. Depuis 2006, le service de relogement de la Mission Old Brewery ne cesse de croître avec différentes initiatives dont le but est de développer l’autonomie et la stabilité résidentielle, et ultimement, d’accompagner les personnes vers la réintégration sociale. De nombreux programmes de logement ont été mis sur pied, et continuent de l’être, pour une sortie de la rue durable et adaptée à la réalité de chacun·e. Le service de relogement travaille conjointement avec le département de développement immobilier à la création de logements communautaires, grâce à de nouvelles constructions ou à la rénovation de bâtiments.
