POSITION OVERVIEW

Role: Hybrid Graphic Designer
Location: Yellowknife or Whitehorse or Iqaluit
Reports to: Senior Graphic Designer
Salary Range: $70K – $85K
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be an essential member of a creative team delivering compelling products and services across digital and print media. Your keen eye for typography, layout, and detail will help ensure designs exceed client goals and expectations. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Degree or diploma in graphic design, communication design, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, including use of styles, layers, masters, and print/web production workflows.
  • Strong creative intuition combined with organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Flexible and analytical mindset to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication—both written and verbal—with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
