Conduct needs analyses, performance capacity analyses, implementation cost analyses, and determine appropriate strategies


Representing his/her unit to various committees and departments in connection with the mandates assigned to him/her


Coordinate a team of professionals during project implementation and carry out the necessary coordination.


Participate in the development of operational targets and their transition strategy


To act as a watchdog in order to understand and anticipate current trends and best practices in one's field of expertise
