WHAT YOU’LL DO * Provide direct support to Social Workers and case management teams, including attending and arranging meetings, taking notes, participating in case conferences, and offering input on client matters. * Assist with client‑centered activities such as supporting youth in care, interacting with children and foster parents, supervising access visits, and transporting clients. * Conduct administrative support tasks including file organization, gathering documentation, completing referrals, updating records, and assisting with monthly reports, recordings, care plans, and cultural plans. * Support with legal document preparation and coordination of administrative aspects of client case management. * Organize supplies and materials needed by Social Work teams to deliver services. * Liaise with community professionals and accompany children to activities and appointments; obtain reports; help coordinate services for children and youth in care. * Support families by arranging appointments, advocating, supervising children, supporting access between children and families, locating programs, and reporting attendance to Social Workers. * Assist with the planning and coordination of community events delivered through Ayás Mén̓men Child and Family Services. * Help connect children, youth, and families to culturally relevant services and ensure family‑centered, multi‑disciplinary support. * Support programs such as Jordan’s Principle and other community‑based initiatives. * Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and contribute positively to team and departmental goals. * Perform additional duties as needed to support Ayás Mén̓men Child and Family Services.
