Nous cherchons notre futur Technicien informatique intermédiaire pour rejoindre nos équipes. 🎯 Vos missions La ressource participe à la réalisation de tâches techniques intermédiaires dans différentes équipes de la VPTI, en collaboration avec les pairs et la clientèle. Les besoins concernent le support bureautique, les services 24/7, le support aux systèmes d’information, les applications collaboratives M365, les télécommunications et les infrastructures réseau. Responsabilités principales Support bureautique et équipements : Opérer des ordinateurs et équipements périphériques (imprimantes, multifonctions, tablettes, portables). Entretenir et mettre à jour les équipements et outils informatiques (guides d’exploitation, listes de versions de programmes). Réinitialiser des mots de passe et déverrouiller les postes de travail. Assurer le support logiciel de niveau 1 pour les environnements Windows, Linux, Macintosh, Android et Chrome. Réaliser l’assistance téléphonique, sur place et à distance auprès des utilisateurs. Soutien de niveau 2 : Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents signalés par les utilisateurs. Documenter les incidents et interventions dans le système de billetterie. Établir le niveau de priorité et de sévérité des incidents et suivre leur résolution. Diffuser les solutions dans le système de billetterie et assurer le suivi des incidents non résolus au premier contact. Identifier les problèmes majeurs d’utilisation ou de fonctionnement des équipements et en informer le coordonnateur. Déploiement et maintenance des postes : Installer et configurer des postes de travail physiques et virtuels. Effectuer le déploiement et la migration de postes dans le cadre de projets d’amélioration. Assurer la prise d’inventaire et la mise à jour du parc informatique. Programmation et automatisation : Transformer les spécifications élaborées par l’analyste en scripts ou programmes (par exemple : PowerShell, VMware PowerCLI, Ansible). Préparer les essais, effectuer les tests et élaborer la documentation associée. Résoudre les problèmes de fonctionnement des programmes en analysant les causes et en appliquant les correctifs appropriés. Logiciels et applications : Installer, configurer et maintenir les logiciels opérationnels, appliquer les correctifs transmis par les prestataires.
