Description du poste Nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) senior spécialisé(e) en transformation organisationnelle pour accompagner nos clients du secteur bancaire dans leurs projets de changement à grande échelle. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et l’accompagnement de programmes de transformation visant à optimiser les structures organisationnelles, renforcer l’efficacité opérationnelle et soutenir la culture d’entreprise. Responsabilités principales : Conseiller et accompagner des institutions bancaires dans leurs projets de transformation organisationnelle (réorganisation, optimisation de processus, adoption de nouveaux modèles d’affaires, etc.). Concevoir et déployer des stratégies de gestion du changement adaptées aux enjeux spécifiques du secteur bancaire. Analyser les structures existantes et recommander des solutions pour améliorer la performance et la résilience organisationnelle. Coordonner des ateliers avec les parties prenantes pour favoriser l’adhésion et l’alignement stratégique. Développer des livrables (diagnostics, feuilles de route, plans de communication et de formation) de haute qualité. Encadrer des profils plus juniors et contribuer au développement des meilleures pratiques internes. Qualifications Titulaire d'une formation universitaire pertinente, vous possédez une expérience d'au moins 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en transformation organisationnelle, incluant en mode conseil pour des projets de moyenne et grande envergure dont une partie significative acquise dans le secteur bancaire (banques, institutions financières, services aux investisseurs). Solide compréhension des enjeux propres au milieu bancaire : réglementations, digitalisation, gestion du risque, expérience client. Maîtrise des méthodes et outils de conduite du changement, de design organisationnel et de gestion de la performance. Vous êtes axé sur la résolution de problèmes, possédez une grande capacité d'analyse et un esprit de synthèse et disposez d'un excellent sens de l'écoute, de fortes habiletés pour les relations interpersonnelles et pour les communications verbales et écrites.
