Job Description As a Production Manager - Automation & Electronics at Vention… You'll lead the production of Vention’s flagship automation and electronics products, ensuring our customers receive high-quality, on-time assemblies that power factories around the world. You’ll oversee daily operations, guide a growing team of technicians, and collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to continuously improve processes and deliver excellence at scale. What You’ll Do You’ll manage and support a team of assembly technicians, helping them grow and removing roadblocks so they can do their best work. You’ll oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring high throughput, safe practices, and consistent build quality for Vention’s electronics and automation portfolio. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve production issues, optimize workflows, and implement improvements. You’ll track key KPIs (output, quality, efficiency, scrap rates) and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet evolving targets. You’ll own scheduling, resource planning, and labor management for your production area. You’ll contribute to the scaling of our manufacturing operations as demand for Vention products grows globally.
