Description du poste Sous la responsabilité de la Superviseure, Conformité et règlementation, l’analyste, conformité & réglementation s’assure de comprendre les différentes lignes de produits et leurs compositions chimiques, de suivre les tendances réglementaires pour les produits chimiques d’intérêts et de s’assurer de la conformité à la réglementation en vigueur. RESPONSABILITÉS Examiner périodiquement la liste des substances interdites de Sika et identifier les problèmes potentiels au sein de nos produits. Fournir une expertise en tant que référence interne sur la réglementation canadienne sur les composés organiques volatils (COV), le transport des matières dangereuses (TMD), les étiquettes pour la vente au détail, le Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), le système général harmonisé (SGH), la liste intérieure des substances (LIS), etc. Mettre à jour les dossiers pour s'assurer que les exigences ISO sont maintenues (formules, étiquettes de sécurité, données de CQ et fiches de données de sécurité (FDS)). Créer et maintenir dans SAP les fiches de données de sécurité (FDS) pour les nouveaux produits ainsi que pour les produits existants. Établir et maintenir toutes les exigences en réglementation pour tous les types de transports utilisés pour nos produits (TMD). Supporter le Directeur conformité pour la liste intérieure des substances (LIS) en ce qui concerne les matières premières et les produits finis. Supporter le Directeur conformité pour le SIMDUT et la conformité à la réglementation SGH.
