You will be joining Fund Operations & Oversight, becoming part of a team of 14 professionals, with 6 based in Denmark and 8 in Luxembourg.

WHO ARE YOU?

You should bring strong attention to detail and comprehensive thinking. A systematic approach and the ability to acquire in-depth knowledge are essential for supporting a structured way of working. You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Law. Students at any stage of their studies are welcome to apply.
We require proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), and basic knowledge of Python programming is an advantage.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the financial industry – and Asset Management in particular. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong report writing and communication skills, along with fluency in English, are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Joining us in this role, you will continuously expand your knowledge within Asset Management, the fund industry in general, and Danske Bank Group’s business areas, customers, products and systems.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Reviewing legal and tax documentation on behalf of the funds managed by DIMA
• Facilitating account and market openings with international banks
• Maintaining fund data in our database
• Providing support in the oversight and supervision of the delegates of DIMA
• Contributing to ad hoc projects related to our managed funds
  This position provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into various fund structures across multiple jurisdictions. You will work alongside a team of dedicated investment fund specialists, contributing to an engaging and collaborative work environment.
  Working hours are approximately 15 per week, but we are flexible during the exam period. Your education is very important to us, so planning for this is essential.
