We’re looking for a talented and experienced Baker/Cake Decorator who can bring artistic flair and precision to our creations while ensuring consistent quality.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Baker/Cake Decorator will be responsible for baking a variety of products from scratch, preparing fillings, frostings, and icings, and decorating cakes and other baked goods using buttercream, fondant, and other techniques. This role requires both artistic skill and technical baking expertise, with a strong emphasis on quality control, creativity, and meeting deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a baker and cake decorator, with strong skills in both buttercream and fondant work.
• Ability to bake from scratch with consistent results.
• Strong artistic ability, attention to detail, and steady hand for precise decorating.
• Knowledge of various decorating techniques (piping, fondant sculpting, airbrushing, sugar flowers, etc.).
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and during busy holiday seasons.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience with tiered and wedding cake construction.
• Knowledge of trending cake designs and techniques.
• Experience with all styles of cakes for kids and adults
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
