We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven MEP Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of MEP systems and a passion for sales and client engagement. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored MEP solutions to meet project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the MEP industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Generate new business opportunities in the MEP sector through market research, client meetings, and site visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to recommend suitable MEP solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and company goals.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Keep updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
• Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and project status in CRM tools.
