• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring excellent first impressions.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
• Take and confirm orders accurately, communicating any dietary or allergy requirements to the kitchen.
• Oversee table service, ensuring timing, presentation, and quality meet company standards.
• Handle complaints or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
