We are seeking for a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Interior Fit-Out Experience in the UAE construction industry. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Strong Project Management and Labor Supervision skills, excellent Communication and Collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a qualified and certified Civil Engineer registered in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project lifecycle – from planning and costing to execution and handover.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and detailed quotations for clients.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure targets and budgets are met.
• Enforcing HSE standards and safe work practices on-site.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications and resolving defects.
• Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Actively promote the company’s services to potential clients and help bring in new business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Certified and registered with relevant authorities in Dubai.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Dubai construction sector.
• Familiarity with Auto CAD
• Project Management Skills
• Labor Management
• Communication and Collaboration
• Strong skills in costing, BOQ preparation, and quotations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
