REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of UAE construction experience with proven track record in G+12 or high-rise building projects.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) approval/license for Civil Engineer (G+12).
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering, project management, and construction practices.
• Familiar with UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and FIDIC guidelines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with proven expertise in G+12 building projects and comprehensive knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations. The successful candidate will manage project execution, ensure quality and compliance with local authorities, and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage construction activities for G+12 structures in compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE construction standards.
• Review and approve drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Ensure timely execution of works within budget and project schedules.
• Supervise site activities, subcontractors, and workforce to maintain quality and safety.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports to management and consultants.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and local authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with DM regulations, Trakhees, and other statutory requirements.
• Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and construction challenges on site.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and safety protocols.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, providing project updates and addressing concerns.
