JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local property market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find the perfect property. You’ll play a key role in guiding clients through buying, selling, or renting real estate while delivering top-notch service and advice.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and current trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region)
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and real estate listing platforms

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties
• Provide expert advice based on market trends, property values, and client needs
• Conduct property viewings and open houses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property developers
• Source potential leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
• Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers to close deals
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and other third-party professionals as needed
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and reports of sales and client interactions
