Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new FM business opportunities.
• Contact potential clients and arrange meetings/site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Promote FM services and support contract closures.
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
• 2+ years of experience in Facility Management.
• Previous experience in FM business development or sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of FM services and contracts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE market experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
