JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Test Lead - Equities Platform Reports to: QA Manager/Lead Key Responsibilities: 1. Test Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive test strategies for equities platform testing, ensuring coverage of functional. 2. Test Planning: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for equities platform testing. 3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality testing. 4. Test Execution: Oversee test execution, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. 5. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. 6. Quality Assurance: Ensure testing activities align with organizational quality standards. Requirements: 1. Experience in testing equities platforms or similar financial systems. 2. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. 3. Leadership and team management experience. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical Skills: 1. Agile testing methodologies. 2. Knowledge of equities trading platforms and financial instruments.
