BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – CLEANING SERVICES

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling professional cleaning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in promoting specialized services such as water tank cleaning, AC duct cleaning, kitchen & chimney cleaning, jetting line services, and more.
This role requires someone who can generate new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets in a highly competitive market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated experience in business development or sales within cleaning services or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of specialized cleaning solutions (water tank, AC duct, kitchen & chimney, jetting line).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license preferred.

• Identify, prospect, and acquire potential clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Promote and sell specialized cleaning services (water tank, AC duct, kitchen & chimney, jetting line, etc.).
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare, customize, and present tailored service proposals.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Maintain and update a client/prospect database with timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
