SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in hardware repair and software troubleshooting for laptops and printers.
• Familiarity with different brands and models of laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of network configurations and connectivity (for printers, especially network printers).
• Ability to lift and transport devices as needed.
