WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a commercially driven and technically curious individual with strong interpersonal skills and a consultative mindset. You should be comfortable navigating complex, project-based sales processes and building trust with international customers.

We are looking for a person with:

• Preferrably 8–10+ years of project sales experience in manufacturing or process equipment.
• Proven success in complex, customized solution sales.
• Background or understanding of optical fiber, cable, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain excellent customer relationships and handle multiple ongoing tasks.
• Proven experience in international B2B project sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Team player with analytical mindset, resilience, and proactive drive.
• Fluent English required; Finnish preferred; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally 25–50% of the time
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.

In this international and customer-facing role, you will manage and grow customer relationships across Rosendahl Nextrom’s telecom fiber and optical cable equipment customers, focusing primarily on Europe and the Middle East. You will be a trusted advisor to clients making investment decisions and lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure. You will report to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with product management, project management, and technical teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow customer relationships in defined regions and product areas.
• Identify new market players and build long-term trust with key accounts.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.
• Develop sales strategies and ensure competitive, profitable deals.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and customer data to find new opportunities.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in cooperation with internal teams.
• Support projects during execution and handover to ensure customer satisfaction.
