QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology , Design, or a related field.
• Strong interest in business process development, user experience design, or project management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Basic knowledge of digital development and design principles is a plus.

• Business Development: Collaborate with the program team and business line stakeholders to identify , design, and implement new self-service features for our new customer portal.
• User Experience: Participate in user research and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation to support global rollouts.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the solution functions smoothly and meets quality standards.
• Project Support: Provide support in project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
