Cliff House Hotel is actively recruiting for an F&B Supervisor to join our prestigious team and ensure the highest standards of luxury service for our guests. The role is responsible for assisting with the Food & Beverage Operations within the hotel.

Key's responsibilities :

• To assist the Management in all F&B Operations
• To ensure all guests receive the correct attention and a warm welcome
• Supervise floor staff and coordinate shifts
• Make sure food, service, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
• Handle customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock, and track transactions or cash flow.
