In your new role you will: Participate in planning and scheduling of development project Perform circuit and system design feasibility for required features/functions/performance Develop schematics for circuit blocks and verify features/functions/performance with simulation Perform layout or work with layout design group for physical implementation of circuit blocks Generate collateral for circuit blocks as required by the chip integration flow, this may include LEF, dotlib, behavioral and EMIR supporting views Document all aspects of developed circuit blocks per the IP flow specifications Perform test development collateral for circuit blocks including test vectors Execute testing and debug of circuit block behavior and performance with silicon product Make corrections to circuit blocks as needed Assist with capturing learning resulting from debug and correction of circuit blocks Engage in cross organizational communication related to definition and execution of circuit blocks You are best equipped for this task if you have: 2 to 4 years of experience with PhD EE or 3 to 5 years of experience with MS EE or 5 to 7 years of experience with BS EE Familiarity with analog and linear circuit design. Experience with converter, amplifier, reference, regulator or oscillator design with demonstrated working circuit results Design experience in FinFet technology nodes is preferred Fluency in English.
