Where You Come In You complete all warehousing activities including receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality SOPs. You perform all tasks of a Material Handler 2 and take on additional responsibilities with minimal supervision. You operate various types of material handling equipment including pallet jacks, reach trucks, turret trucks, and box trucks. You obtain and maintain certifications for multiple types of material handling equipment. You perform ERP/WMS transactions such as shipping, cycle counts, and material receipts. You investigate and resolve shipping or receiving issues using ERP/WMS systems. You demonstrate broad knowledge of Oracle ERP and HighJump WMS systems. You perform intermediate Excel functions such as creating tables and sorting/filtering data. You coordinate inbound and outbound freight and support international shipping activities. You are cross-trained in multiple warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, and inventory control. You assist supervisors in implementing process improvement initiatives. You help lead daily team meetings to review performance and workload. You provide hands-on training to new and temporary employees. You help assign tasks based on priorities set by leadership. You create and run basic reports to track performance metrics. You investigate and resolve basic customer requests from internal partners.
