What The Day Will Look Like

Working as a Solution Architect for ACIA, you will assume responsibility for the architecture of solutions that leverage advanced analytics, data pipelines, web portals, statistical models, Machine Learning and AI, through Aon’s Data and Analytics Services Platform (DASP).

You will typically work in project teams with Application Developers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and Program Managers in the delivery of these solutions, mainly for colleagues and clients of Aon’s Risk Capital division.

You will also draw on the strength and experience of a wider team of Solution Architects across Risk Capital, Enterprise Architecture and DASP. No day will ever be the same, but good design and diverse communication skills are a must, whether you are explaining a complex solution to a non-technical audience, eliciting details of complex business processes from subject matter experts, liaising with your project team, designing a solution, diagnosing an issue, or evaluating new technologies.
