We are seeking multiple candidates for this role:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– 5+ years’ experience in consulting or advisory roles, with a focus on financial services or digital transformation.
– 5–10 years’ project management experience, including delivering large-scale programmes in the financial sector.
– Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile or hybrid environments.
– Proven expertise in digital transformation, business process redesign, and technology implementation.
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with financial clients.
– Professional certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2.
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
