We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our IT team based in Carrigaline on a permanent basis.
We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA I.E. QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE (THIS WILL BE ASSESSED DURING SHORT-LISTING)

• Project Management qualification required (PMI, PMP)
• 7+ years of related IT Project Management experience, leading projects
• Strong experience in Waterfall Project Management Methodology
• Strong experienced in managing multiple projects, stakeholder management, presenting to leadership teams
• Experience in coaching new Project Managers or IT staff performing a Project Management function
• Experience in Project Management tools (MS Project, Office 365 applications, Project & Portfolio tools)
• Knowledge and technical understanding of IT Delivery projects
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, O/S, Network, End User Devices, Mobility Technologies
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills, presentation skills
• Good organizational and coordination skills

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Experienced in delivering complex IT Infrastructure projects in IT Enterprise-class environments
• Experience in leading project quality analysis for other projects, supporting other PMs/Managers to resolve project quality issues
• Experienced in IT project controls and audit, project quality analysis
• Leading a Project Management function in an organisation
• Understanding of IT Data Centers and processes, IT Hardware, Cyber Security

• Onboard new PGCS projects / Global IT Initiatives into Proposal pipelines, socialize projects with leadership
• Create projects, form project teams, drive planning & execution, manage stage gates and projects to Go Live and closure
• Manage project risks, stakeholder management, escalations, presenting to steering teams
• Manage a team of PM Contractors (2-3) in IT team in Cork (sourcing, onboarding, management, training)
• Consulting support across PGCS sites to other project managers, or staff performing a PM function through project lifecycles, including project quality assessments
• Present CTO portfolio, project pipelines and project inter-dependencies at PGCS IT PMO/portfolio forums
• Engagement with Global PepsiCo Project Management Office and Planning/Strategy teams on new initiatives, policies and procedures, socializing and integrating those back into PGCS
