FULL-TIME BARISTA / COFFEE SHOP TEAM MEMBER – FLAT OUT COFFEE

Flat Out Coffee is looking for a skilled barista to join our team. This is a hands-on, front-of-house role in a busy, community-focused coffee shop – perfect for someone who takes pride in making consistently excellent coffee.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Crafting high-quality espresso-based drinks with speed and precision
  • Serving customers warmly while keeping service flowing quickly
  • Handling till, food service, and general coffee shop duties
  • Helping keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

  • Barista trained with proven experience – you must be confident on an espresso machine and able to make consistently great coffee
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Strong work ethic – comfortable with the fast pace of a busy coffee shop
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is essential
  • Reliability – we rely on each other to keep the shop running smoothly

Pay & benefits:

  • Starting at €15.00 per hour, with an increase after probation
  • Full-time hours

Shifts:
Our opening hours are 7 a.m.–5 p.m. weekdays, 8–4 Saturday, 9–3 Sunday. You must be able to reliably be at the shop for 6:30 a.m. opening shifts as part of a rotating roster.
