We achieve this comprehensive safeguarding approach through a combination of measures, including rigorous background checks and training for all staff and volunteers, clear safeguarding policies and procedures, open reporting channels to encourage raising concerns, and partnerships with child protection organizations (if applicable). As part of our commitment to accountability, all GOAL staff are mandated to report any concerns regarding the safety of children or vulnerable adults.
