Okta is The World’s Identity Company. We free everyone to safely use any technology, anywhere, on any device or app. Our flexible and neutral products, Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform, provide secure access, authentication, and automation, placing identity at the core of business security and growth.
At Okta, we celebrate a variety of perspectives and experiences. We are not looking for someone who checks every single box - we’re looking for lifelong learners and people who can make us better with their unique experiences.
Join our team! We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.
Okta recruiting is re-imagining how recruiting is done.
This is an opportunity to shape Okta’s recruiting strategy for early career and professional hiring in Dublin. Dublin is one of our fastest growing locations and a key engine for future hiring in EMEA. You will lead a small but high-impact team, driving strategies across GTM, Tech and early career programs, while playing a hands-on role in execution.
This role is for someone who is ready to build and influence, with the scope and visibility to continue to create as we see continued investment in Dublin. You will help define how Okta attracts, engages and develops talent in Ireland and you will also play a key role in our global recruiting leadership team, shaping regional initiatives, driving best practices and projects that impact how we hire globally.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner with business leaders to drive hiring strategies across GTM, Tech, and G&A functions in Dublin
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
  • Build and execute on early career and intern hiring plans
  • Use data to guide decisions, forecast needs, and track progress
  • Improve hiring processes to balance pace, quality, and experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, and Ops
  • Contribute to global recruiting projects and EMEA-wide priorities

Okta’s growth story in Dublin is just beginning. This role gives you the opportunity to:

  • Build and influence a recruiting strategy from the ground up in one of our fastest-growing regions.
  • Drive early career and professional hiring, directly shaping the next generation of Okta’s talent.
  • Be part of a high-visibility leadership role with a clear path for career growth as the team and business scale.
  • Join a forward-thinking recruiting team that values innovation, data, and creativity
