This role partners closely with Global Operations (GO) Learning and Knowledge Management Leads and Scaled Operations (SO) Line of Business teams to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted, high-impact solutions. This role is at the intersection of performance consulting, learning design, facilitation and AI innovation—responsible for architecting future-ready learning experiences and knowledge solutions that drive organizational performance and adaptability in a rapidly evolving landscape.
